Foreman Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to join our team in the Baltimore area with pay starting at $40/hr. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction crews

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards

Report on progress to managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role

Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines

Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
