Program Manager

Lead the coordination and oversight of AMOLED system integration projects in automotive cockpits, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines; oversee new product RFQ processes, production timelines, and sample planning; manage existing product programs, including production and manufacturing schedules, and track issues throughout development and manufacturing; oversee design change management after mass production; facilitate cross-functional team meetings to address design and manufacturing issues, and manage software updates to meet new customer specifications; develop and implement project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies; collaborate with engineering teams to ensure mechanical feasibility, conduct milestone reviews, and maintain project documentation including BOMs, 5-phase plans, DFMEA, and DRBFM analyses; and act as primary liaison for stakeholders, communicate project status, and support AMOLED component integration in automotive applications.

Requirement: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Management, Engineering Management, or a closely related field and at least 2 years of experience
