Sr. Display Materials Engineer

Support the design, evaluation, and development of advanced display technologies—including AMOLED, OLED, TFT LCD, Micro-LED, HUD, and MiniLED—for automotive applications. Prepare and review RFQ documents and participate in customer discussions, sample preparation, and design feasibility analysis. Conduct material and process evaluations for display components, with a focus on integrating optics, sensor technology, and polymer-based or nanomaterial-based display structures. Lead DFMEA and DRBFM efforts for assigned display modules, and contribute to FMEA development and validation of technical solutions. Specify process and tooling constraints based on material limitations and provide recommendations on raw materials and assembly methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the integration of sensors and emerging technologies into automotive cockpits. Research industry trends in display materials and apply findings to drive innovation, support manufacturability, and enhance user experience in next-generation vehicle displays.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Nanotechnology, Electronics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience.
