Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $47/hour DOE
Location: Spring, TX
Assignment Duration: 12 months +
Work Schedule: 14/14 rotation, day and night shifts required

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as an artificial lift technician, specialist, or engineer.
Experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and artificial lift system design.
Proficient in well surveillance software platforms such as XsPOC, PumpChecker, Ignition, and Spotfire.
Strong understanding of various artificial lift methods and their operational characteristics.
Able to analyze well data to identify trends and anomalies.
Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues and formulating solutions.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams to reach common objectives.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
Focus on maximizing asset value through strategic activities.
Innovative in seeking and implementing strategies for improved performance.
Utilizes data-driven decision-making to respond promptly and effectively.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in alignment with business objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize artificial lift systems across the Client's field assets.
Conduct detailed surveillance to identify and diagnose well performance issues and enhance asset value.
Collaborate with production operations and engineering teams to ensure operational excellence.
Continuously survey various artificial lift systems, implementing corrective measures to boost production and reliability.
Identify operational anomalies through diligent monitoring of key parameters for each artificial lift type.
Thoroughly troubleshoot well performance issues, delivering accurate diagnoses for efficient resolutions.
Maintain well downtime records and expedite returning wells to production.
Coordinate with production operations personnel and engineering teams to identify and develop optimization opportunities.
Manage workflows across the well lifecycle, from troubleshooting to performance analysis post-workover.
Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates on artificial lift activities and performance optimization efforts.
