We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Cosmetics Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging cosmetics products efficiently and accurately while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately package cosmetics products, ensuring each item meets quality standards and is free from defects.

Conduct thorough visual inspections of products before packaging to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Properly label all packaged products, ensuring that all labels are applied correctly with the right information, including ingredient lists, batch numbers, and expiration dates.

Ensure that materials are stocked and organized for efficient packaging operations; notify supervisors of low stock or inventory needs.

Report any damaged or defective products, ensuring only high-quality products are shipped to customers.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and use the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the highest hygiene standards, especially when working with cosmetics.

Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a packing or production role, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry (preferred but not required).

Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch even minor discrepancies in product packaging or labeling.

Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate well with others and take direction from supervisors.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for packaging tasks.

Working Conditions:

Work in a clean, well-lit production area.

Must be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
