Monthly Bonus Opportunities for qualified applicants. R & T Yoder Electric, Inc. is looking for a CSR/Dispatch Lead. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects at one time. Good customer communication is a must. This hands-on role is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including assisting with the onboarding of new customers and jobs, and scheduling of production labor.

As a CSR/Dispatch Lead, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $60,000/yr, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus! Duties to include:

Onboarding new customers and jobs via good phone customer service

Assist Project Managers in the scheduling of field production labor

Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions

Assist with Permitting tasks

Work with the production, purchasing and management staff as a team to bring projects from conception to completion.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 6 years of experience as an CSR/Administrative Assistant

At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry

Service Titan experience a plus

Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug test
