Owyhee Tavern is looking for applicants who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. Applicants must be available to work days, evenings and weekends. Must have 1-2 years of full-service restaurant experience with knowledge in wine service.

Smile and create positive impression with guests
Suggestive sell when taking orders, offering daily features and signature items
Manage your section of guests with ease (4-5 tables)
Possess liquor, wine and beer knowledge (knowing different styles, varietals and brands)
Follow the values and policies of the restaurant
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be at least 19 years of age and have an alcohol certification certificate
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including Sundays
Ability to carry and balance cocktail trays, as well as three plates
Help to keep the restaurant clean and organized
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience of a least 1-2 years.

There are three tavern restaurants in the Treasure Valley-East Boise, Downtown Boise, and Eagle/Meridian. All of our restaurants offer high quality proteins, seafood, salads and sandwiches. We have extensive wine lists, draft beers, and a great assortment of rare whiskeys and liquors available to our area.
