Job Description

Truck Driver – Hayward, CA

We are seeking motivated, passionate logistics professionals to join our fast-paced, growing organization based in Hayward, CA.

Responsibilities

Load and unload freight using a pallet jack; forklift experience is a plus

Verify and validate loads with attention to detail

Use smartphone applications for e-mail and status updates

Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Follow company policies, processes, and procedures

Requirements

Valid Class A driver’s license with a clean MVR and current medical card

Minimum 23 years of age

At least 1 year of commercial tractor/trailer driving experience, including excellent backing skills

Able to pass DOT drug testing

Customer-service oriented

Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and variable hours as needed

Material handling experience

Able to lift at least 50 pounds

Proficient with pallet jack, hand truck, smartphones, e-mail, and web-based applications

Able to work in all weather conditions (heat and cold)

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Work Schedule

4–5 days per week

Up to 10 hours per day

Customer Focus: Follow instructions, ensure timely delivery, maintain a positive attitude

Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company vehicles; DOT certification may be required

Pay & Benefits

Pay varies by role, with some positions offering $27–$35+/hour (negotiable)
