Tractor & Machinery Operators

Job Opportunity: Competent Tractor Driver Pierce & Nick White Ltd are looking for skilled operators to join our family-run, busy, and progressive tillage farm and agricultural contracting business based in South County Wexford, Ireland.

About the Role You’ll be involved in a wide range of farm and contracting activities throughout the season, including: Ploughing, grubbing, harrowing Sowing, spraying, fertiliser spreading Grain harvesting and carting Bale transporting and baling Slurry and dung spreading Grass reseeding, silage harvesting Fusion baling, mowing, raking, and hedge cutting Field cultivations and other general farm duties There’s lots of variety in work tasks as the season progresses.

Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience operating farm machinery Valid driver’s licence Competent with a range of farm implements Mechanically minded, with a high standard of workmanship and machinery care Honest, reliable, punctual, and a good team player Excellent communication skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude 19 years or older Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons About Us We are a family-run tillage & agricultural contracting enterprise with over 50 years of experience.
