I partner with a practice in Baltimore, MD searching for a permanent General or Pediatric Dentist to treat their primarily Pediatric patient base. Call or text anytime if interested in learning more!

Position:

• Patient Base: Primarily children ages 6 months to 20 years

• Volume: hygiene patients and 8 10 procedures per day

• Facility: 4 hygiene chairs and 4 operatories

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (rotating Saturday schedule)

• Services: Comprehensive pediatric dentistry, preventive and restorative care, and opportunities to perform higher-end cosmetic and operative procedures

• Payor Mix: 80% Medicaid plus most commercial dental and vision plans

Offering:

• Earning Potential:

o $200K+ annually (4-day workweek)

o $250K+ annually (5-day workweek)
