Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design, equipment selection, and system integration

Develop and maintain drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation

Drive root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement

Support manufacturing processes: tooling, fixtures, automation, and throughput optimization

Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and production leadership

Requirements

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

7-15+ years in manufacturing, product development, or industrial environments

CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD-role dependent)

Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, and design for manufacturability

Leadership/mentorship capability preferred
