Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Structural Section Head to oversee staff, business development, and department performance, Lead proposal efforts, manage budgets, and serve as technical resource to project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic growth plans and market presence

Manage department budget and staffing

Lead proposals and client relationships

Provide mentorship and performance management to team members

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

PE license

10+ years’ bridge/structural engineering experience

Project management and business development experience

Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Experience

Supervisory experience

Experience with county/state clients
