Main Duties:
Coordinate all event logistics, including conference activities, team-building requirements, catering and AV setups
Manage detailed project timelines to ensure all milestones are met
Act as the primary point of contact for venues and suppliers
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency
Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments for potential event locations
Lead the on-site team and temporary staff during event
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to maintain event flow
Assist in budget tracking, processing invoices, and accurate financial records
Prepare post-event reports, analyzing operational successes and areas for improvement
What skills do you need?
Event planning, coordination, and logistics skills is required
Experience in the hospitality (MICE) or events industry is a plus
Speaking French is considered an asset
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
In possession of a driving license and own car
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
