After Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee all after-sales services including maintenance, spare parts, service contracts, and customer support for Cummins power generation products.
Lead, coach, and manage the aftermarket/service team,
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability, reduce downtime, and minimize obsolete or excess stock.
Manage the aftermarket budget, control operational costs, and drive profitability through service and spare parts sales.
Monitor KPIs, identify market trends, and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and grow aftermarket revenue.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (CIM qualification is an added advantage).
Minimum 5 years experience in after-sales, service, or aftermarket operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in power generation, generators, heavy machinery, automotive.
Strong understanding of service operations, spare parts management, and customer contracts (Cummins product knowledge is an advantage).
Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Proficient in inventory/service management systems; strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
