Sr. Software Engineer

We're partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Senior Software Engineer to support a dynamic, data-focused team. Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities:

Design and develop backend services for cloud-based clinical and analytic applications, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high availability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective software solutions.

Participate in DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, within an agile environment.

Write and maintain documentation for processes and source code.

Troubleshoot systems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve complex technical issues. Senior Software Engineer Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 7 years of experience.

Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.

Experience building scalable, high-performance distributed systems, preferably within healthcare.

Skilled in cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure, and familiar with open-source technologies.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

master's degree in computer science/Engineering or related field.

Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud-based services.

Experience writing software for the cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Experience in databases, analytics, big data systems or business intelligence products.

Experience building high-performance, highly available and scalable distributed systems.

Experience developing software for healthcare related industries.
