Job Description*:

5–7+ years of hands on experience working with DocuSign eSignature and DocuSign CLM.

Strong practical experience with:

DocuSign Admin Console

Template & powerform configuration

Advanced workflows & routing

Custom branding and UI customization

CLM workflow modeling, document generation, clause library setup

Solid experience with DocuSign REST API, SDKs (Java, .NET, JavaScript), and OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Experience with webhooks (DocuSign Connect) and event-triggered processes.

Strong understanding of JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and REST-based integrations.

Hands on experience integrating DocuSign with SAP, SharePoint, Custom enterprise applications

Knowledge of security concepts such as SSO/SAML, identity verification, audit trails, and compliance controls.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

#Good to Have:

DocuSign Certifications:

DocuSign eSignature Administration Specialist

DocuSign CLM Specialist

Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Icertis, Conga, Agiloft).

#Mandatory skills:

DocuSign eSignature and DocuSign CLM, Powerform configuration

#Desired skills:

Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Icertis, Conga, Agiloft)
