We’re looking for a Client Experience Strategist who thrives on designing seamless, high-touch experiences from initial inquiry through execution and follow-up. What You’ll Do

Partner with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and priorities

Design and coordinate customized experiences aligned with client expectations

Manage timelines, logistics, and vendor communication to ensure smooth execution

Anticipate client needs and proactively solve challenges before they arise

Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the client journey

Deliver a polished, consistent experience that drives repeat business and referrals
