Job Title: Spectrum Sales Representative (IN-STORE) (ENTRY-LEVEL)

Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $60,000-$75,000 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shifts Available to work weekends

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our clients' industry-leading products and services. We are searching for natural competitors who thrive in fast-paced workplaces and enjoy the challenge of achieving sales targets.

This is an entry-level position that offers organized training, rapid promotion potential, and a dynamic team environment.

What You'll Do

Represent spectrum products and services with confidence and enthusiasm in our retailed store

Greet customers, upsell products and understand their wireless and entertainment needs, and recommend the best solutions.

Upsell and cross-sell spectrum plans, accessories, and bundled packages to maximize customer value.

Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing retail environment.

Collaborate with your team to hit sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.

Who We're Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience? Excellent—but not required.
