TLA is seeking a versatile and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable web applications, managing everything from the user interface to the server?side logic and databases. You will work within a cross?functional Agile team, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high?quality software solutions that meet business requirements and perform optimally across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain both front?end architecture and back?end applications using modern languages and frameworks

Design user interactions on web pages, ensuring applications are responsive and optimized for cross?platform compatibility (web and mobile)

Create and manage servers and databases for application functionality

Design, develop, and integrate robust and effective APIs and RESTful services

Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, deployment, and support

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to optimize performance and security

Collaborate with cross?functional teams, including designers and data scientists, to define, design, and ship new features

Implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment processes

Write technical documentation for new and existing applications and processes

Required Skills and Experience

Proficiency in front?end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js

Experience with server?side languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)

Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and version control systems like Git

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong problem?solving and communication skills

Preferred Certifications and Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM)

Specific programming language certifications

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
