YOUR LIFE AS A DISPATCH / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This full-time position typically works midday to the early evening. Part-time roles can also be discussed.
As a Dispatch / Customer Service Rep, you interact with customers, schedule leads, assist with dispatching our service technicians, and support management with various administrative tasks. You answer phone calls, assess customer support needs, and schedule leads based on those needs. Using your knowledge of company services and service offerings, you make sure that you provide the appropriate solutions to our clients. You schedule and coordinate service calls, perform administrative support, and assist in client retention as needed. You feel good about using your customer service and dispatching skills to help our customers get the timely help they need!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Excellent spelling and grammar
Basic typing and computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel and a willingness to learn new systems
