We are a small local business that services most of Southern Maine and some parts of New Hampshire. The right candidate(s) must represent themselves professionally, must be detail oriented, organized, have the ability to multi-task and be able to work with a team as well as independently. Experience is preferred but we encourage those without to still apply.

*This position is Part Time and does require some weekend availability. 10-25+ hours a week

*This position does require some travel so a reliable vehicle is necessary.

*This position requires dependability, reliability and the requirement to adhere to a schedule.

Responsibilities:

Clean residential homes, businesses, office locations or short term rental properties

Follow correct protocol to ensure a clean and orderly environment

Keep tools and equipment clean, organized and in working condition

Move reasonably small furniture as necessary

Follow assigned tasks and checklists

Report to manager for ALL needs

Attend staff meetings as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred but not required

Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment

Strong attention to detail

Strong time management skills

Strong work ethic

MUST have Reliable transportation

MUST have some weekend availability

MUST be able to pass a background check.
