What You Will Do

Conduct research, analyze data, and build hypotheses

Build and coordinate AI agents for automating logistics, customer, and back-office processes

Train, tune, and deploy models in production

Develop APIs to wrap models, ensuring scalability and stability

Participate in shaping the company's AI strategy, experiments, and prototyping

Plus It Will Be a Plus

Experience with analytical, transactional, hybrid, and vector databases (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

Knowledge of developing the frontend part of web applications

Experience in generating documents or responses using LLM

Building AI agents: Langchain, CrewAI, AutoGen, open-agents

Knowledge of LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Memory Graph

Understanding of multi-agent system architecture

Experience integrating LLM into corporate products

Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps approaches
