MRSS Skill Builder - openings in Cincinnati, Hamilton, and Lebanon

$25.00/hour - 12pm-8pm shift

As part of the recent merger of Best Point and Butler Behavioral Health, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for a MRSS Skill Builder in Cincinnati, Hamilton, and Lebanon

Job Summary:

Our MRSS (Mobile Response and Stabilization Services) Skill Builder will provide support to children and parents that have behavioral health challenges and/or mental health diagnosis within the community, who need support in navigating various systems, as well as implementation of their care plan based on initial evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Working directly with children, adolescents and families who are in distress and experiencing crisis, using de-escalation and distress tolerance strategies

Ability to provide skill building, make appropriate community resource referrals, and collaborate with other professionals

Collect data and complete clinical documentation within the required time frames

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human services field

Experience working with children, adolescents and families

Skilled in time management, organizational and follow-up skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
