At Foresight Group (DBA ULitho - University Lithoprinters), we bring together the best technology and decades of expertise to put images and messages on just about anything you can imagine. Foresight Group is a subsidiary of the Reseda Group, a wholly-owned CUSO of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union. With locations in Lansing and Ann Arbor, we specialize in commercial printing, direct mail services, large sign printing, promotional items, and trade show displays. Go to our website, Foresight Group, to learn more about the history of our company!

The Bindery Operator must have experience on the following equipment: Saddle Stitcher, Folder, Guillotine cutter, Trimmer-stacker, Padding Machine, Drill, Shrink Wrapper, and Creaser/Folder, as well as package/box for customer pick or delivery. The Bindery Operator continues to learn upon assignment to set-up and operate the lines of associated equipment to become a more skillful and versatile operator. This is a great fit for those who like to work with a small team, make things with your hands and feel the pride of seeing a finished project come to life. We value our employees and love people that are engaged, make suggestions and are invested in making this a great place to work.

Extensive experience is not necessary; we are willing to train the right person. Experience in construction or a skilled trade is helpful but not required. Customer relations and service are a priority in all jobs. Attention to detail is a must!

Work Schedule: This is a day/first shift role (Monday - Friday) with overtime as needed during peak business times. Other schedules may be available depending on candidate and company needs.
