Job Description

Qualified Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a reputable client located in Cartersville/ Adairsville, GA! These are temp-to-hire positions offering the opportunity for full-time employment with great benefits upon hire. Multiple day & night shifts available!

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

Operate various forklifts and advanced packing machines to support daily operations.

Load and unload materials safely and efficiently as part of a warehouse team.

Move palletized or crated materials throughout the facility.

Follow inventory-control procedures for stacking, labeling, and storage.

Pick, pack, check, and load/unload products from storage areas and trailers.

Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Ensure high-quality standards and meet production performance goals.

Accurately complete all required documentation and production records.

Crosstrain in multiple functions and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Forklift Operator Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required.

Experience with quad forklifts is a plus.

RF scanner experience required.

OSHA forklift certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

Strong attention to safety, teamwork, productivity and detailed orientation.
