We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our office operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining company data, ensuring records are organized, complete, and up to date.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer, vendor, and job information into company systems
Update and maintain digital records and databases
Review data for accuracy and correct errors when needed
Assist with invoice data, billing entries, and documentation
Organize and upload digital files and reports
Communicate with office staff to resolve missing or unclear information
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data
Meet assigned productivity and accuracy standards
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong typing skills with high attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data systems)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and home workspace
Preferred:
Experience with CRM or accounting software
