Job Description

We’re seeking motivated self-starters to join our team as Roofing Project Development Reps. This is an excellent fit for someone who loves talking to people, working outside, and earning based on results.

Responsibilities:

Knock doors and engage with homeowners in your territory.

Perform roof inspections and provide estimates.

Guide customers through insurance claims and project steps.

Collaborate with team members to deliver quality service.

Requirements:

Physically capable of carrying 70 lbs and climbing ladders.

Must own or be willing to purchase a ladder.

Must own a vehicle.

Great communication and interpersonal skills.
