Benefits: For Benefits and Pay Range Our Product Development Engineer will * Research, design, development and process in support of existing or new products * React and implement changes quickly to meet customer requirements * Apply various mechanical engineering principles to product applications * Process customer and in-house engineering change requests * Use CAD programs to develop concepts and designs * Assemble and evaluate performance of prototype hardware * Assist with reliability test programs * Be instrumental in cost avoidance and cost reduction activities We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven and excited to continually find improvements and who have * Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering and 2 or more year's related experience and /or training * 2 to 5 years related industry product and design engineering experience * Experience working with NX or other 3D modeling systems * Lean manufacturing experience (is a plus) * Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering and 2 or more year's related experience and /or training
