Who We're Looking For:

Active-duty military, within 180 days of separation

Command approval & expecting honorable discharge

Drug-free & able to pass a background check

Strong attention to detail, team mindset, and a willingness to learn

Automotive/diesel experience is a plus (not required!)

Technician Track:

Diagnose and repair vehicles

Follow manufacturer guidelines

Maintain clean, safe workspace

Commence Manufacturer Certifications at your assigned dealership

Dealership Ops Track:

Learn areas like:

Customer service

HR, IT, logistics, and more

Work side-by-side with experienced professionals

Collision Repair Track:

Learn bodywork basics

Support certified techs

Inspect, repair, and prep vehicles

Understand compliance & safety standards

Commence Manufacturer/I-CAR Certifications at your assigned Collision Repair Center
