Job Description
The Superintendent will:
Lead and manage all field operations for assigned construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship aligns with project specifications and schedules.
Facilitate project planning activities including look-ahead scheduling, logistics planning, and resource coordination.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on all job sites.
Provide leadership and mentorship to field personnel and subcontractor teams.
Review daily reports, monitor site progress, and communicate status to project leadership.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Superintendent Candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in construction field supervision or superintendent roles.
Proven experience with commercial and ground-up construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schedules.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
