Position: HVAC Selling Technician
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll combine your technical knowledge and people skills to educate homeowners, assess their HVAC needs, and recommend solutions that fit their home and budget. You’ll be the trusted advisor who helps families stay comfortable in every season.
What You’ll Do:
Visit homeowners to inspect and assess their HVAC systems.
Recommend the right heating and cooling solutions based on their needs.
Provide excellent customer service and answer questions professionally.
Generate leads and schedule service appointments.
Represent Wolf’s Heating & Air Conditioning with integrity, energy, and professionalism.
Pay & Incentives:
Competitive base pay plus commission.
Bonus incentives for closed sales and completed service appointments.
Flexible scheduling options available.
Requirements:
Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with homeowners.
Prior experience in HVAC, technical sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Reliable transportation.
