Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: Hybrid remote in Baltimore (21201)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team and contribute to the wellbeing of our community.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: Fee for service, W2 Employee

Expected Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

Caseload Requirements:

Full-Time: 28 clients

Part-Time: Minimum 16 clients

PTO:

Part-Time: 5 days per year

Full-Time: 15 days per year

Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

Provide ethical and culturally-sensitive mental health counseling

Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans

Manage patient intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes

Offer psychoeducation about relapse prevention, treatment processes, and behaviors

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (psychiatric nurse practitioners, social services)

Engage in regular supervision with the clinical supervisor

Provide crisis intervention and make necessary referrals to social services or other treatment programs

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including intakes, weekly progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries

Facilitate disposition planning and medication compliance

Qualifications:

Education:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Required)

License/Certification (Required):

Maryland LMSW/LCSW/LCPC

Experience:

6+ months in a clinical setting (Preferred)

Schedule:

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Flexible schedule: Choose your own hours
