Your Mission:
As a TCE Project Analyst, you’ll support field and PM teams by delivering critical insights, tracking performance, and ensuring financial, logistical, and resource decisions are backed by smart data.
You will:
Analyze project costs, timelines, margins, and performance data
Partner with Project Managers and field leaders to improve outcomes
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools
Monitor key KPIs across schedule, budget, safety, and crew utilization
Track change orders, work orders, and closeout package statuses
Coordinate with vendors, finance, and logistics for accurate project data
Identify risks and opportunities in real time and recommend solutionsRequirements:

Data & Reporting
Create reports, visual dashboards, and margin analysis
Ensure data accuracy across multiple PM and ERP platforms
Strategic Insight
Forecast labor, material, and financial needs
Spot early risks and propose solutions proactively
Project Support
Track milestones, permits, purchase orders, and change orders
Assist in the creation and monitoring of project timelines
Who You Are:
2–4 years of experience in a project analyst, coordinator, or project control's role
Telecom, construction, utilities, or energy industry experience preferred
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Procore, Primavera, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of financial reports, cost analysis, and margin management
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, field-driven environments
Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Finance, Construction Management, or related field)

Compensation
$65,000–$80,000 base salary
