We are hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support clients, strengthen relationships, and contribute to agency growth through exceptional service and sales awareness. This role offers a balanced mix of independent work and collaboration, making it ideal for someone resourceful, client-focused, and motivated to grow within the insurance industry.
Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, changes, and claims support
Identify sales opportunities and present appropriate insurance products to prospective and existing clients
Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
Maintain current knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and long-term satisfaction
Proactively resolve client issues by identifying solutions and following through
Requirements
Active insurance license required or willingness to obtain with agency support
Prior insurance or customer-facing experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
Sales aptitude with the ability to recognize and pursue opportunities
Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness
