What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process.

Job duties may include:

Operating industrial machinery (specific roles vary - CNC or manual machines).

Performing quality check inspections and documentation after material comes out of machines.

Adjusting manual controls and CNC panels to ensure quality production.

Material Handling within the production area, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of materials.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Following all safety and environmental policies.

We're Looking For:

Individuals with basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Team players with good communication skills.

Detail-oriented and organized candidates.

Reliable individuals with good on-time attendance.

Candidates who are self-motivated and able to make decisions.

Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.

Willingness to adhere to all safety and environmental policies.

Commitment to continuous improvement.

Previous experience as a machine operator or material handler.

For some roles, forklift certification may be required.

Physical Requirements:

Heavy lifting is required for most positions.

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, and operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

Overhead lifting, reaching, pulling, and pushing.

Picking up items/scrap from the floor.

May be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Working Conditions:

Normal exposure to dust and debris.

Seasonal temperature variations.
