Enterprise Sharepoint SE experience (must have extensive on prem)

Experience connecting and troubleshooting multiple Sharepoint farms in an on prem infrastructure (they help the ops team a lot)

Comfortable using Staplers and Custom Features

Powershell or PnP scripting
