Technical Specialist -Intune Engineer / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Specialist Raleigh NC Long-term Contract WebCam Interview Only Email: Complete Description: **Responsibilities** Manage and secure devices across multiple platforms and deploy/manage apps to ensure secure access to corporate resources.

Implement endpoint security policies (e.g., antivirus, encryption), conditional access, and compliance configurations.

Work with Azure AD, On-Prem AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and other M365 services to provide unified management and enhance security.

Develop PowerShell/Bash scripts for automating tasks, optimizing deployments, and improving security compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, provide major incident support, and guide less experienced team members.

Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures; generate reports to track usage, compliance, and risks.

Work with internal teams and third parties to drive continuous improvement and stay informed about product developments **Skills** Required minimum Exp Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and M365 (including Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with Hybrid-Azure Joined domains Strong knowledge of device management, security policies, and application deployment.

Proficient in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation.

Expertise in security practices like device encryption, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint protection.

M365 Knowledge: Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Graph API, and other M365 tools.

Microsoft 365 Certified (Endpoint Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) preferred.

Experience working in multinational teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, and understanding of M365 licensing and migrations.
