Blending Operator
Position Overview
The Blending Operator is responsible for the precise blending of raw materials in accordance with established formulas and specifications, ensuring product quality while adhering to cGMP standards. This position plays a critical role in the production process by ensuring that all blending operations are performed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Operate blending equipment to mix raw materials according to specified formulas.
Monitor and adjust blending processes to maintain product quality and consistency.
Ensure all blending activities comply with cGMP regulations and company safety standards.
Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Accurately measure and record weights and volumes of ingredients used in blending.
Conduct calculations to adjust ingredient ratios as necessary for product specifications.
Collaborate with quality control and production teams to address any blending issues.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in food science or a related field is a plus.
Experience in blending operations or food production preferred.
Familiarity with cGMP standards and practices in food manufacturing.
Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements.
Ability to operate blending equipment safely and effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
