Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Specialty Software Engineer 4. Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2 Duration: 12 months Locations: Columbus, OH - Hybrid 3 days onsite /2 days remote As a Specialty Software Engineer 4, you will:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.

Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience developing with Python

Experience in Automation w/Python

Experience in Cloud Architecture and Cloud Based Technologies

Experience in Full Stack Java and Software Architecture Design, Java, Spring Framework

Experience in UI / UX Development and Frameworks

Experience in Machine Learning

Experience in Generative AI application design and development, LLM, Google ADK, Open AI Agent Framework, MCP, Design Patterns, Rapid Prototyping

Experience in CSS, ReactJS, Next JS, Tailwind CSS
