About the Role:

As Assistant Manager, you're the right-hand hero to our General Manager. You'll help run the show, lead the crew, and make sure every shift hits high standards-with a side of hustle and heart. This isn't just a job-it's your chance to grow into something big.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee daily operations like a boss (because you kinda are)

Lead and coach crew members and shift leads with energy and positivity

Jump in on the floor when it's go-time-grill, register, drive-thru, expo, all of it

Deliver top-tier guest experiences (smiles, speed, and straight-up awesome service)

Help with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback

Keep things clean, safe, organized, and up to HipBurger standards

Support the GM with inventory, ordering, and team development

Solve problems on the fly and keep the vibe strong no matter how busy it gets

What You Bring:

1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality

A natural ability to lead, motivate, and communicate

Calm in the chaos, cool under pressure

Big energy and a love for working with people

Detail-oriented and reliable-you show up, step up, and level up

Must be 18+ and available for flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)
