Description
Choate Rosemary Hall seeks a full-time mathematics teacher to join our community beginning in August 2026. The successful candidate should be comfortable teaching all levels of mathematics through Honors Calculus, centering student growth in mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to teach more advanced electives such as Statistics, Linear Algebra, Multivariate Calculus, Modern Mathematics, or Differential Equations. Experience teaching statistics or computer science is also desirable. We seek educators who thoughtfully integrate inclusive and equitable practices into their teaching and course design.
A master's degree in mathematics or a related field is preferred. While 3+ years of teaching experience is an advantage, we welcome applications from both experienced educators and those newer to the profession who demonstrate curiosity, potential, and a commitment to professional growth.
Choate is committed to building and sustaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community where all members feel valued and respected. We actively seek colleagues who bring a variety of backgrounds, identities, and perspectives to our school, and we strongly encourage applications from candidates from historically underrepresented or marginalized groups.
