What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Associate, your role will be essential in delivering fresh and delicious food offerings. You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing all food offerings following standard recipes and procedures

Maintaining prep areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner

Detecting and ensuring disposal of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, etc.

Ensuring menu items are prepared in sufficient quantities to satisfy demand

Promoting food service and special sales to customers

Engaging with the store team and customers to provide excellent service

Maintaining personal health and sanitation standards

Cross-training on front-store operations for a well-rounded skill set

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the duration of your shift in a fast-paced environment

Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, and pushing

Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including stock and register areas

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
