Job Description

Required Skills (Flexible – we value fast learners)

You don’t need to know everything, but strong candidates will have experience in most of these areas and willingness to learn the rest:

Backend

Experience with ASP.NET Core, Java Spring Boot, or similar frameworks

Strong SQL skills; familiarity with SQL Server and/or Postgres

Frontend

Proficiency with React, Vue.js, or another modern JS framework

Understanding of SPA patterns, routing, and API integration

Data Engineering

Some exposure to PySpark or willingness to learn

Experience with ETL/ELT and working with cloud-based data pipelines

Cloud

Experience with Azure or AWS, ideally both

Comfort deploying and debugging services in cloud environments

Geospatial

Understanding of spatial data fundamentals

Plus: experience with PostGIS or mapping libraries (Leaflet/Mapbox/etc.)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

LLM or AI/ML experience (OpenAI API, vector stores, embeddings)

Experience building RAG-based systems

Familiarity with Databricks Apps

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker

Knowledge of document processing/knowledge base automation
