Location: 1260 Collings Dr., Lockbourne, OH 43137

Pay Target: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Logistics: The Lead Package Handler / Warehouse Worker plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution in our warehouse. Our Lead Package Handlers are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Haves:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both

Previous leadership experience, highly preferred

Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.

Must be at least 18 years of age

Bilingual in English / Creole is a plus

Your Mission in Motion:

Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.

Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.

Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.

Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
