Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic professional from the FMCG/Dairy industry who brings together strong dairy technical expertise and proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage techno-commercial sales of dairy ingredients to key accounts across India
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in the processed dairy segment
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
Conduct product trials and technical demonstrations at customer sites
Prepare and execute sales plans and growth strategies
Regularly update senior management on sales performance and market insights
Requirements:
3–10+ years of experience in FMCG dairy sales / techno-commercial roles
Strong technical knowledge of dairy ingredients and processed dairy products
Good understanding of Indian dairy regulations and standards
Hands-on experience in conducting trials at customer end
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
