Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Developer with hands?on experience in MuleSoft, API development, and system integrations to support our clients enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate engineer ready to contribute to the development and support of modern, scalable solutions that power critical operations across the organization. As a member of the MuleSoft platform team, youll participate in building, enhancing, and maintaining APIs and integrations for internal business applications. This role is a mix of development, testing, and operational support, with exposure to full software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and support APIs and integration services using MuleSoft and related technologies.

Participate in full lifecycle development, from requirements analysis through design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.

Collaborate with team members and business users to clarify requirements and deliver high?quality solutions.

Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing.

Maintain and enhance existing software, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.

Document system architecture, processes, and implementation details.

Contribute to agile ceremonies and team collaboration, using Lean/Agile methodologies.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, including hands?on experience with C, C++, C#, or Java.

Proficiency in API development and knowledge of RESTful principles.

Experience in MuleSoft development, including building integrations and reusable components.

Familiarity with modern development techniques and DevOps practices.

Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and performance/stress testing.

Strong database development and management skills (e.g., SQL).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Proven experience working in Agile/Lean environments.

Additional Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship or C2C arrangements).

Must work onsite at the Columbus, OH office three days per week (TuesThurs).
