Ensure high accuracy and compliance with client style guides

Copy Editing

Strengthen readability and coherence

Clarify dense scientific information without altering meaning

Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE)

Correct MT errors and ensure full accuracy of Life Sciences content

Deliver human-quality output after refinement

Terminology Management

Maintain consistent use of medical/pharma terminology

Contribute to glossaries and terminology databases

Quality Assurance (QA)

Perform final QA using CAT/QA tools

Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical and pharma content

Research & Domain Expertise

Conduct terminology and subject-matter research as needed

Maintain updated knowledge of Life Sciences terminology trends

Collaboration & Communication

Communicate questions/clarifications clearly

Apply reviewer feedback constructively

Documentation & Reporting

Document changes, maintain project notes, track versions

Ensure deliverables are submitted accurately and on time

Time & Workflow Management
