Job Details
Project Planning & Execution including developing and coordinating action
plans to ensure successful project completion
Prepare & Update project schedules. Document and communicate projectstatus, obstacles, and resolutions to customers and company management
Collaborate between engineering departments, sub-suppliers, fabricators andcustomer for successful project execution.
Co-ordinate with sub-vendors / sub-contractors and request and evaluatequotes. Negotiate pricing, delivery and terms and issue purchase orders.
Expedite vendors on delivery status and other engineering deliverables.
Organize and plan projects effectively. Establish goals and monitorperformance. Assess risks, anticipate problems, and resolve issues efficiently.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Maintainteam morale with persistence, vision, and a positive attitude.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of manufacturing supply chains and MRPsystems.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on needs.Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adapt to changing priorities and
interchange responsibilities with others in the department.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively withothers. Engage respectfully with customers, vendors, employees, managers,
and executive management
