We’re looking for an experienced and imaginative Head Chef to take the lead at a beloved neighborhood bistro in Helena, Montana. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Designing menus that reflect Montana’s regional ingredients and seasonal bounty
• Leading a skilled kitchen team with professionalism and creativity
• Managing food prep, plating standards, and high-volume service quality
• Overseeing inventory, vendor relationships, and cost control strategies
• Ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient kitchen operations
What You Bring to the Table:
• 5+ years in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a head or leadership role
• Background in New American, fine dining, or farm-to-table concepts preferred
• Deep knowledge of inventory systems, kitchen workflow, and food costing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team
• A passion for sustainable, scratch-made cuisine
