Lead Mobile Developer (iOS)

Tours & Activities are the things you do while on vacation and an $100 billion worldwide business.Flextrip is a B2B company re-inventing the way these activities are sold online. As part of our expansion plans, we're looking for a lead mobile developer for an exciting new project. At the outset, you'll be the sole owner of this mobile effort and work side-by-side with our CTO, with the responsibilities listed below. As the project grows, you will eventually help lead a team of mobile developers for other platforms. If you're comfortable with initially spending long nights coding and looking towards a future leading a team, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain new features

Define and document mobile experience

Drive mobile testing, usability tests and focus groups and incorporate feedback into iterations

Responsible for app store submission/process and mobile go-to-market requirements

Continually keep the company up-to-date with current best practices in mobile experiences

Job Requirements

Experience with iOS,Objective C or Cocoa Touch

2+ years experience in mobile application development

Familiar with fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and problem solving

Proficiency in Objective C

Excellent communication skills and team motivation skills

Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit

Flextrip is located in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. We're also open to you working remotely initially, but will require relocation to Boulder as our mobile team grows.

Pay is commensurate with experience and includes stock options.
